What to wear to graduation ceremony and the graduation party?

I am in a odd situation. I have my graduation ceremony next week for 9th grade and the graduation party is right after it at a fancy restaurant. Some rich kids parents are hosting it and everyone in the grade was invited. Here is the problem. The ceremony is semi-formal attire and the party is formal attire. What should I wear? I don’t know if I should change or wear the same thing to both

Well, for the ceromony will you be wearing one of the gown things??? You could just wear a nice dress under that and wear another dress to the after party, but if thats not in the budget you could always just choose a dress suitable for both occasions and wear that to both.
