I’m planning to go into the military after high school, assuming that i plan on going to college after i get out. How long after high school graduation will colleges still look at high school grades. Also i’m wondering if colleges consider the fact that the GI bill will almost guarantee that there tuition will be paid.

They’ll definitely look at your high school grades even if several years have gone by. But they may attach a little less importance to those grades, especially if they’re impressed by what you’ve been doing meanwhile. I think most colleges won’t take the financial aspect into consideration for admission decisions, though a few might.

What are good hair ideas for graduation?

Posted by: | Comments (2)

My senior graduation is June 5 and i need a hair idea for under my cap. I have very curly hair and it is very easy to straighten.

I would just go classic. Make your hair really shiny by blow drying your hair after showering and making sure the air is flowing downward onto your hair. After that, you could probably either leave it natural or straighten it so that it’s not pin straight but so that it has a little bit of wave to it. hope this helps. icon smile What are good hair ideas for graduation?

I am a sophomore and I might be attending my schools graduation, and I did not realize that most people dress up for it. So, what should I wear?
Can I just wear some sundress and a denim jacket/ cardigan OR a tank and a waist skirt with a belt and cardigan and some boots with heels?
I’ve never gone to graduation and was not thinking of the attire. I am only going for a friend who wants me to see them graduate.

It’s pretty casual for the non graduates. So what you suggested is sounds very presentable. College graduation which will be me next year will be a different feat. I’m going to try to walk the stage with scrubs under my gown lol.

I just picked up my gown for graduation. I noticed the tag inside the gown said it was specifically for a Master’s degree. How does it differ from that of a Bachelor’s gown? I am curious because I rather blend in with all the other graduates; regardless of the degree. Thanks in advance.

Master’s gowns may have a different sleeve shape. Mine had long, narrow pockets that hung down from the bottom of the sleeve at the hand hole. My Bachelor’s gown just had loose sleeves, no pockets or anything in the sleeve. If you’re concerned, bring your gown back to wherever you got it and ask to exchange it for one specifically for a Bachelor’s degree, or find out if your school actually uses different gowns for the different levels or not.

If dresses aren’t your thing, is there another type of outfit you could wear to an 8th grade graduation?

Nice, pressed, slacks and a silk blouse should suffice I would think.
